Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Consultant

I have been passionate about Equity, Diversity and Inclusion since I studied Latin America & Latino Studies at University of Illinois Chicago. This passion only intensified when I learned in graduate school at Dominican University that libraries are spaces where everyone is welcome. During my career I've spearheaded initiatives to create library access to underrepresented communities, implemented effective outreach to marginalized groups and managed strategic plan goals to fulfill EDI needs.
